Who we are
Integrity Property buys, sells, renovates, and rents homes in the Charlotte metro. We built the company to do real estate plainly: clear terms, real numbers, and a straight answer even when it is not the one you were hoping for.
Our approach
Every property runs through the same review before we make a move, so our numbers hold up and our offers are ones we can stand behind. When we take on a renovation, we use licensed contractors and do the work properly instead of covering problems up. When we give a seller, buyer, or tenant a timeline, we keep to it.
Real estate has a reputation for pressure and fine print. We work the opposite way. If a deal is not right for you, we will tell you.

We focus on single-family homes across the Charlotte, North Carolina metro, one of the fastest growing regions in the Southeast. A senior mortgage-industry executive with more than 25 years in lending, construction, and real estate leadership. Mike spent a decade at Movement Mortgage, rising to President (2021–2025), and brings deep experience scaling sales and operations, structuring financing, and building high-performing teams.
Doug Adamczyk
Chief Operating Officer
A mortgage sales and operations executive with over 25 years of experience building lending organizations, including founding and serving as CEO of a multi-state mortgage brokerage. At Integrity Property, he oversees day-to-day operations, underwrites each property acquisition, and builds and maintains the company’s processes and systems.
