Effective date: September 8, 2026. This policy explains what information Integrity Property collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not send it through the form.

Our public pages do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Basic, privacy-respecting information (such as your browser type and general request data) may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.

Photos you send us through a request link

We sometimes text a private link to a contractor, agent, or other person we have asked to photograph a property for us. That link is for one property, works for a limited time, and lets the person send us photos. It does not require an account and it shows nothing about the property except its street address.

When photos are sent this way we receive the photos themselves, along with the date and time, the internet address the photos came from, and basic browser information. That record exists so we know which photos came from whom. We do not store the mobile number the link was sent to; we keep only the last four digits and a name or label, so we can tell one request from another.

Photos are resized in the sender's own browser before they reach us, which removes embedded data such as GPS location. They are stored privately as part of our records for that property and are not published on this website. If you sent us photos and want them removed, email us at the address below and tell us which property.

The upload page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused check that tells us a real person rather than an automated program is using the link. Cloudflare processes limited technical information to perform that check.

If you called us about selling a property

We run direct mail campaigns inviting property owners to contact us. When you call the number on one of those mailers, the call is answered by a screening service that works for us, and that service records the call and tells you so at the start of it. They send us a written summary of what you told them, together with a link to the recording.

We keep our own copy of that recording and of the written summary, and we create a written transcript of the recording so that it can be read and searched rather than replayed. We do this so that we have an accurate record of what was discussed about a property we may make an offer on, and so that details are not lost or misremembered between the call and the offer.

These recordings and transcripts are stored privately. They are visible only to Integrity Property staff, they are not published, and they are not sold or given to anyone else. We delete the audio twelve months after the call. The written summary and transcript are kept with our records for that property.

If you would like your recording, transcript, or contact details deleted, or you would like a copy of what we hold about you, email us at the address below and tell us the phone number you called from. If you do not want us to contact you again, tell us and we will not.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up about buying, selling, renting, or investing in property, and keep a record of our communication with you. We do not sell your personal information.

Where your information is stored

Contact submissions are stored in our database provider (Supabase) and the site is served through our hosting provider (Cloudflare). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it.

Automated analysis of property photos

To help us budget repairs, we sometimes have property photos read by an automated analysis service (Anthropic) that describes a property's condition and suggests which repairs it appears to need. When we do this, the photos for that property are sent to that service for the length of the analysis and the description is returned to us.

We use this only on photographs of buildings and their grounds. We do not send contact details, names, or any other personal information with them, and the service is not permitted to use what we send to train its models. The result is a first draft of a repair budget that a person at Integrity Property then reviews and corrects; nothing is decided by the analysis on its own. If you sent us photos through a request link and would prefer they were not analysed this way, tell us when you send them or email us at the address below.

How long we keep it

We keep contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records, then delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Property photos are kept as part of the ongoing record for that property, for as long as we hold or work on it and for our business records afterwards.

Recordings of calls made to our direct mail numbers are deleted twelve months after the call. The written summary and transcript of the call are kept with our records for that property.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
