What we take on
We look for single-family homes in the Charlotte metro that need anything from light cosmetic updates to a full renovation. Dated finishes, deferred maintenance, and homes that have been sitting are all a fit. We can move quickly and buy as-is, so you do not have to fix anything before you sell.

Our renovation standard
We use licensed general contractors, pull permits where they are required, and manage the work on a schedule with inspections along the way. The goal is simple: a home the next owner can move into with confidence, finished to a standard we would be comfortable living in ourselves. We do not paint over problems.
